Successful businesses are successful because they focus on cash flow and profit. They do this by solving their customers’ problems. Most self-made, successful business people got this way by solving their customers’ problems

Peter Drucker said that the purpose of business is to create a customer. Yes he added that if you don’t make a profit you are wasting society’e resources. But ultimately the purpose of a business should be finding, keeping, and growing customers.
